ePRO Maintenance
UWG has been notified by GeorgiaFirst Financials of a PeopleSoft system update Thursday, Nov. 29, at 5 p.m. through Monday, Dec. 3, at 7 a.m. with no access to the PeopleSoft system on these days. All travel and expense related reimbursements, as well as any purchasing requisitions, should be fully approved by all department approvers by noon on Wednesday, Nov. 21. If not completed by this date, reimbursements and requisitions should not be submitted until after Dec. 3 at 7 a.m. Any expense reports that are not able to be reimbursed by travel services will be sent back electronically on Nov. 29. All reimbursements and requisitions/purchase orders may be resubmitted on or after Dec. 3, when the maintenance is completed. Any purchasing requisitions not completed will be deleted and will need to be re-entered by the department. Please contact a member of the Travel Services or Purchasing Services teams with any questions or concerns.

Wolves Sports
The 2018 West Georgia football season came to an end Saturday afternoon as the Wingate Bulldogs played the role of spoiler, handing 10th-ranked UWG a 41-31 loss in the first round of the NCAA Playoffs. In basketball action, the first game for head coach Dave Moore at The Coliseum was a success Saturday evening as the Wolves hit 13 three-pointers for a double-digit victory over the Benedict Tigers. The win moves the Wolves to 2-2 on the season and gives Moore a 1-0 record in The Coliseum. Visit
