More students than ever before are Going West. UWG reached another record-breaking student enrollment with 13,733 students for fall 2018. Enrollment  increased 1.6 percent
from last year’s 13,520 students.

for Business Excellence will offer
Department Approver, Budget Report, OneUSG Time and Absence Approver, and Account Reconciliation training. To register for a particular training, please log in to DevelopWest and click on Instructor-Led Training Sessions on the home page and search for the training in which you wish to enroll.
UWG welcomes Brett Reichert as director of International Student Admissions and Programs. He began working in international education as an ESOL instructor at Florida State University after earning his Master of Science in multilingual-multicultural education in 2000. He holds a bachelor's degree from Mercer University. He has held leadership roles at colleges and universities in San Antonio, Texas and Savannah, Georgia, and most recently with International Student and Scholar Services at Georgia State University. In addition, Brett serves on the Region VII leadership team of NAFSA Association of International Educators and is chair of the USG Committee for International Students and Scholars. Brett is dedicated to the success of students at UWG who come from all over the world and all walks of life.

ePRO Maintenance
UWG has been notified by GeorgiaFirst Financials of a PeopleSoft system update Thursday, Nov. 29, at 5 p.m. through Monday, Dec. 3, at 7 a.m. with no access to the PeopleSoft system on these days. All travel and expense related reimbursements, as well as any purchasing requisitions, not fully approved by all department approvers by Nov. 21, should not be submitted until after Dec. 3 at 7 a.m. Any expense reports that are not able to be reimbursed by travel services will be sent back electronically on Nov. 29. All reimbursements and requisitions/purchase orders may be resubmitted on or after Dec. 3, when the maintenance is completed. Any purchasing requisitions not completed will be deleted and will need to be re-entered by the department. Please contact a member of the Travel Services or Purchasing Services teams with any questions or concerns.

The Work West Bulletin

The Work West Bulletin provides you with the information you need to get through your work week. This bulletin is a visually interactive way to share important dates, deadlines, policy changes and training information all in one place. The Work West Bulletin is published weekly on Monday to all faculty and staff.

Items can be submitted to the bulletin via email: report@westga.edu. Bulletin announcements (100 words or less) should be submitted by noon on Thursday before the following Monday's publishing date. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact UCM.
