Campus Signage Project

Campus Planning and Facilities has worked with stakeholders on campus to develop a new outdoor Wayfinding/Signage Master Plan. The new signage system includes campus entry signs, building lettering, directional signage and the replacement of the current blue building identification signs across campus. New entry signs at the north entrance and athletic complex entrance will be installed in the next couple of weeks. These will be closely followed by the replacement of the panels on the east and west entrances. All building identification (lettering & ground signs) and vehicular directional signage will be installed throughout the winter and into the spring of 2019. Please visit Planning & Construction Services’ Project Spotlight page to view the new signage designs as well as the map of locations. If you have any questions contact  Laura Kowalski.

Government Document Renovation

Renovation of the former government documents area on the first floor of the library recently began and will continue through the end of November. Most work will take place from 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. Temporary walls will separate construction from student work areas but there may still be noise. The current Cobb Hall Student ITS location will remain open through the end of fall semester.

Please follow signs and use caution when traveling through this area. Contact Elsa Pena at (678)839-6578 with questions or concerns.
