The Work West Bulletin
The Work West Bulletin will provide you with the information you need to get through your work week. To more effectively communicate pertinent information, the Work West Bulletin replaces the Daily Report. This bulletin is a visually interactive way to share important dates, deadlines, policy changes, and training information all in one place. The Work West Bulletin will be published weekly on Mondays to all faculty and staff.
Items can be submitted to the bulletin via email:
report@westga.edu. Bulletin announcements (100 words or less) should be submitted by noon on Thursday before the following Monday's publishing date. All other events should be submitted to the official university

Tree Removal at Biology Building
March 14-15, a tree surgeon will be conducting tree removal in select areas surrounding the Biology building. On Tuesday, March 14, Roberts Drive will be reduced to one lane. Flagmen will be in place to direct traffic. ADA parking spaces and two additional spaces will be blocked. One ADA parking space is available at Cole Field. On Wednesday, most of the tree removal will occur inside the construction fencing areas. The sidewalk and bus stop area along West Georgia Drive will be closed. Cones, barricades, and flagmen will be in place.

Accounts Payable Processing
The Office of Accounting has a new schedule for printing checks and issuing ACH payments. In an effort to increase efficiency, the payment schedule will be limited to Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week. They will continue to accept and process check requests and invoices on a daily basis.
DevelopWest Upgrade
DevelopWest will undergo an upgrade on March 13. While there will be no disruption of service or availability, the site will look slightly different. A user guide/screenshot with some identifiers can be found
here which will assist in navigating the newly designed site. Contact

Recycle Mania
Help UWG win the Division II Recycle Mania contest again this year by cleaning out your offices of all recyclable material! To have a special collection bin delivered to your office or department, contact
