The Work West Bulletin
The Work West Bulletin will provide you with the information you need to get through your work week. To more effectively communicate pertinent information, the Work West Bulletin replaces the Daily Report. This bulletin is a visually interactive way to share important dates, deadlines, policy changes, and training information all in one place. The Work West Bulletin will be published weekly on Mondays to all faculty and staff.
Items can be submitted to the bulletin via email:
report@westga.edu. Bulletin announcements (100 words or less) should be submitted by noon on Thursday before the following Monday's publishing date. All other events should be submitted to the official university
Events Calendar. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact UCM. We hope that you will find it helpful and informative. We look forward to continuing to improve how we share the great news of UWG with you.

FYI
UWG Toy Drive
UWG is collecting toys for Toys For Tots. On December 6, stop by the Alumni House and drop off a new, unwrapped toy and grab a cookie from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there for photos and light refreshments from 5-7 p.m.
Sponsor a Child
The Staff Advisory Council is seeking your support this holiday season. We are asking UWG to help sponsor 15 local children, who unfortunately will not have anything to open Christmas morning. If you or your department would like to sponsor one of our children in need, please contact
April Saunders. You will be given the child's information such as gender, age, size, gift list ideas, etc. The sponsorships usually range between $75-$100 per child and the deadline is December 9.
ReadER Program
The WOLF Internet Radio invites all Faculty and Staff to donate new or gently used children's books for our annual book drive benefiting Tanner ReadER program. The Tanner ReadER program, "provides age-appropriate books to every child who visits one of Tanner Health System’s three regional, 24-hour emergency departments." As a college radio station we feel it is extremely important to protect our future by providing books to children. For more information visit the
Tanner ReadER website. Donations are accepted until December 2nd outside The WOLF Offices in Anthropology Building G7.
