First, I am pleased to announce that Chad Kleis will take on a pivotal role as Vice President of Business Development. This move is strategic and essential, and will serve as the linchpin between various key departments and ensure cohesive execution of projects and initiatives. Chad will continue collaborating closely with our Sales team and apply his strong connections with our Products, Marketing, WW360, WW University, and Franchising teams. I know Chad will excel in this new position and remain an invaluable member of our Executive Team.

Secondly, Michael Lane will be stepping into the role of Director of Sales. With Chad assuming additional responsibilities, we must have someone adept at working with our Regional Management team, and Michael is the perfect fit for this role. Michael will be actively engaging with our Regional Managers, traveling regularly to visit stores and ensuring that our strategies align seamlessly with the goals of our esteemed WW store owners. Our overarching objective in 2024 is to provide you with world-class, comprehensive support, facilitating the growth necessary to maintain our leading position in the industry.

Both Chad and Michael will officially assume their new roles on January 1st.

Celebrating a year of creative excellence, we are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Meredith Smith to Senior Graphic Designer. Meredith's exceptional talent, dedication, and innovative approach to design have significantly elevated our visual brand identity. Her ability to translate ideas into captivating visuals and a keen eye for detail have positively impacted us and allowed us to launch new products and programs seamlessly. Working with Bob Schindler, Laura Morris, and our entire Marketing Team, Meredith will continue to inspire our design, bringing forth her invaluable insights and expertise.
