Annette Reid
Congratulations
for Lossed &
Let Me Finish
e-tuxedocat is proud to be the first to Congratulate Annette Reid on the completion of
Lossed and
Let Me Finish. It's been a long time coming. Here are the Halloween Happy-nings!
- To sum up, Annette starred in and produced
Lossed. Oh, and wrote it, too. Then she produced
Let Me Finish. Not only are they both in the can, they are out of it, too. Out of the can and ready to appear in Film Festivals. The first screening is on
November 3rd, and is being limited to friends and family, which keeps both films eligible for festivals. Never fear -
e-tuxedocat will be there to report back to you. We are especially excited to hear the Original Song, "Why Oh Why," composed specifically for
Lossed by Tony Cronin, Ariel Barber, Rose Leisner, Zach Kanner, Frank Raducz, and Dan Ogrodnik - Performed by The Poets.
- Need a consummate professional to promote your next corportate event. Then you're looking for Annette Reid. She just finished taping a 3-minute Sizzle Reel announcing the Launch of
Cricket Wireless, the next big thing in phone services. What impressed Cricket the most was Annette's willingness to achieve perfection. And how quickly she did so.
Until next month...

Training Tip of the Month - October - We have 2 tips this month.
- Stretching - Whether you are planning to walk or run, it's extremely important to stretch your muscles. Annette, and her trainers, recommend stretching after each training session. It wouldn't hurt to stretch before and even during, as well. Click here for advice and stretches.
- You know the old saying, "You are what you eat." Did you know, during training, you are what you drink! It is very important to replenish the electrolytes lost during workouts as well as stay hydrated with water. Check out SPORTS DRINKS or even coconut water wit natural electrolytes for the first. Just make sure your drink of choice doesn't have too much sugar. You can mix your sports drink with water to accomplish both of these needs. Annette recommends a waist water bottle holder or even a Camelbak to help you stay hydrated.
