Finding the Right Person in our Office

I hate trying to contact some companies, especially when you get locked into speaking to a computer without any hope of a human answering. We try to avoid such experiences.

 

While I am the Key Person within Northwood Financial Services cc, and I am the coach who will conduct the interviews, I have a number of support staff who make things happen.  Here is a quick guide to help you find the right person when you next want to communicate with us:

You will notice that we use Interns in our office. This is our contribution to creating employment. All interns have finished their academic studies and are gaining practical work experience.  Northwood employs four interns at our office. They spend twelve months with us, during which they are trained and assisted to become “job ready”. The intention is that they will work within the Financial Services Sector, once their internship has ended.

 

Office hours: 
Monday to Thursday: 8h30 to 16h30
Friday: 8h30 to 15h30
We also work one Saturday per month.

I meet clients in our Muizenberg office for face to face interviews or via Skype for those who can’t travel.

 

Clients need not live in Cape Town to use our services.
