School Safety - See Something, Say Something

NOTE from Our Principal:
I am sure you have seen this week’s press conference and message from our district leadership concerning the weapons that were found at two high schools within our district.  The responsibility for the collective safety of our campus, of any campus, falls on the entire school community.  We all have a role to play to ensure that everyone is safe every day.  I am asking all parents and guardians to have candid conversations with their students.  If they see or hear anything on campus or online that causes them concern, I am asking that they make that known to you and to the adults on our campus.  Students can come to any adult to report suspicious behavior.  They can also use the anonymous alerts webpage, which can be found on the Huntsville High School homepage.  We will address each and every safety concern we are aware of.  This is also a good reminder that we as parents and guardians have a responsibility to check our students’ backpacks and to speak with them if we see or hear anything concerning.  Let’s all work together to continue to keep our campus safe every day.
Congratulations Huntsville High Wrestling…
