Although our doors were closed most of July as we went through construction, we were still spreading our library magic throughout the Queen City and beyond!
We tie-dyed shirts in library park, handed out information at the farmers market, gave |

out library cards at Iris House, helped with resumes at the North Plainfield library, held family game night at the Plainfield Performing Arts Center, and more! Patrons looking for some help at home were able to use our online resources and databases to continue learning, reading, and catching up with the latest entertainment. It was a refreshing adventure, but we are ready to welcome our staff and patrons back into our space on Thursday, August 7th and get back to the work we love doing!
As we continue our construction project and begin rescheduling programs, we recommend following us on our social media and checking out our online calendar to stay updated. See you soon! |

Big things are coming to our library!
We’re excited for our upcoming renovations that will make your reading, learning, and community experiences even better. Get ready for fresh spaces, modern designs, and new features that will make our library your go-to spot.
While we are thrilled to reopen to the public on Thursday, August 7th, we ask for your patience as certain parts of our library remain closed while they go through continued construction. |
