I am not kidding when I tell parents that when they bring their kids in for sports psychology, they learn success principles for later business success.
Just breaking today, Vince Spadea, one of my longtime clients on the tennis tour, made the biggest real estate sale in Palm Beach history, outselling the record set by Donald Trump in selling Mar-a-Lago for $95 million.

Vince Spadea, a former top 20 tennis player who worked with Dr. John F. Murray for years, just sold, along with his team at Douglas Elliman, the most expensive single family home (sale price $110 million) in Palm Beach history. He attributes much of it to his mental game. Congrats Vince! See the property in the image at left which sold for $110 million.
