Happy Thanksgiving!

from John F Murray

Dear Friends, Family, Clients and Colleagues,

I hope you all have a very Happy Thanksgiving this year.  I am thankful to a lot people for a lot of things, and it would be impossible to attempt to thank everyone by name in this email.

Since I'm a clinical and sports psychologist, I'm especially thankful to those who help spread the good word either publicly or privately about the benefits of sports psychology and mental coaching to success and well being.

2011 has been an interesting year with a lot to be thankful for. Below are a few photos of my clients and friends who helped to spread the word about my work and how the mental side of sports, business, and life is so important to take seriously, and train properly. Enjoy the photos!
Thanks to You All!

Many Thanks to the Miami Dolphins Receiver Brandon Marshall for Talking about his Mental Disorder and Showing the Sports World that Toughs Guys Talk, and that it is Never Weak to Admit You Need Help! After Brandon went public, I must have been on 4 tv and 5 radio shows talking about the needless stigmas about mental health in sports.
