✨ BALLET NOIR: HEELS STYLE DANCE WORKSHOP ✨
Ballet Noir is where the grace of classical ballet meets the sensuality of heels. This unique fusion blends ballet technique, fluid artistry, and the expressive movement of pole heels dance to create a style that is both elegant and sensual.
Hosted by Anna Domina @annadomina753 , this workshop focuses on how ballet technique, alignment, and conditioning can strengthen your pole and heels dance practice. Through intentional movement, you’ll develop greater balance, control, flexibility, and fluidity while refining the lines and artistry that make every movement captivating.
🖤 What to Expect
First Half: We will focus deeply on ballet technique, conditioning, and movement fundamentals.
Second Half: We will dedicate this time to learning a gorgeous choreography sequence that brings these elements together in a graceful and intoxicating heels style.

Karma is returning for TWO MORE high-energy, beginner-friendly twerk choreography workshops! After a great first workshop, we’re keeping the momentum going with fresh choreography and even more energy. 🔥
No experience? No problem. We’ll start with a smart warm-up designed to teach and drill the exact foundational movements used in the routine, so you can build confidence, practice your technique, and feel ready before bringing it all together.

Whether you want to jump under the lights, play with random props, freestyle to surprise tracks, or just grab your phone and create some fun content with your studio besties, this night is all about having fun with no expectations.

🌀 Pole Twister: Yes, our giant Twister floor is coming out... with the pole right in the center.

✈️ PoleCon Send-Off Preview: Watch Party moment! Catch an exclusive pre-departure performance from Ann (Valentia) on flying pole and Bri (Gemini) on pole flexibility before they fly out to Phoenix for PoleCon West!
