💞 Pole Doubles Workshop Series 💞
4-Week Series | Mondays @ 8PM | Dec 1–22
FIVE SPOTS LEFT! Ready to double the fun? This beginner-friendly workshop series is all about teamwork, creativity, and connection! You’ll explore spins, shapes, and transitions with two people on one pole — no invert required,
just be able to hold a sit, basic climb, have some balance, and trust.
✨ What To Expect
• Week 1 – Doubles spins & basic doubles shapes
• Week 2 – Mirror shapes & synchronized doubles (matching shapes without weight support)
• Week 3 – Mixed pole shapes
• Week 4 – Dynamic (moving) tricks & transitions
The biggest challenge with doubles isn’t just hitting the shape — it’s finding creative ways to get in and out of moves or link transitions together. That creative exploration is exactly what makes doubles so fun (and what we love most about it)!
🤍 This series is great for those new to doubles or looking for inspiration for a future routine. Communication is key — and that’s what makes it magical. Join us!!!!! You don't need to have a second person to sign up! This workshop will be interactive and collaborative!!!!!

My Beautiful Sirens!: Studio Etiquette With Love
Most of you are brand new to pole and aerial, and that makes my 💖so happy. This may be the very first studio you’ve ever trained in, so I want to make sure you feel supported, safe, and confident every time you walk through our doors. None of this is meant to call anyone out—this is simply me, your resident Studio Mom, making sure our space stays welcoming, kind, and magical for everyone. Here’s how we keep things running smoothly:
1. Arrive On Time (Your Warm-Up Matters!)
Warm-up isn’t just the “opening act”—it’s one of the most important parts of class. It wakes up your muscles, preps your joints, and helps protect you from injury. Some studios won’t even let you take class if you miss it, and there’s a reason for that.
Plus, slipping in late disrupts the groove. Plan ahead for parking (Rascals… weekends… you already know), winter delays, and ice. Get here early so you can settle in, grab your favorite pole, and chat with your Siren friends.
2. Welcome New Faces
We were all new once. A quick “hi, glad you’re here!” makes a huge difference to someone stepping into a pole or aerial studio for the first time. Help create the community you’d want to walk into. Nearly ALL of my best friends I've originally met in a pole class, seriously!
3. Not Feeling Well? Rest.
If you’re sick or even borderline, please take the night off. The poles, hammocks, and silks will be here when you’re better. Keep yourself safe and keep others healthy.
4. Share Your Feedback
If something is on your mind—good or bad—I want to hear it. Use the contact form on our website or email the studio any urgent concerns (spinningsirensstudio@gmail.com). We grow stronger with your input.
5. Record Confidently, Respect Privacy
Document your progress! Celebrate your wins! But if anyone else is visible in the video (even in the corner), please get their permission before posting. Everyone deserves control over their own image.
6. Support Each Other, But Leave Teaching to the Instructor
You’re all wonderfully encouraging, but when students teach each other, even with the best intentions, it can:
If you see someone struggling, just get your instructor. We promise—they’ll take care of it.
7. Clean Your Pole (Please!)
Nobody wants to grab onto surprise grip goo. Wipe your pole thoroughly after class, and put away your spray bottle and towel. Let’s keep things fresh for the next Siren.
8. Treat Everyone With Kindness (The Golden Rule)
We welcome anyone who loves pole, aerial, and being decent to others. Treat everyone the way you want to be treated—kindness first, always.
If something ever makes you uncomfortable, or you have an issue with someone, please come talk to me or your instructor. We want this to stay a peaceful space.
And let’s keep conversations about politics, religion, and other heavy topics outside the studio. We’re here to move, fly, spin, and feel good.
9. First-Come, First-Serve Poles & Shared Aerial Etiquette
Poles are first-come, first serve. If you absolutely need a specific spot, or side, arriving early is the way to go.
For shared aerial apparatus (hammock, silks, lyra, trapeze):
-
Take turns
-
Don’t monopolize the equipment
-
Offer to take turns filming each other
-
Stay aware of time so everyone gets equal practice
Thank you for helping me keep Spinning Sirens a space full of strength, kindness, and a touch of sparkle. I love each of you, and I’m so proud of the beautiful community we’re building together.

✨ Student Spotlight: Courtney ✨
If you’ve ever shared a room with Courtney, you already know she brings the kind of delightful chaos that makes class way more fun. She began her pole journey back in September 2020 and immediately fell in love with the challenge, the beauty, and—of course—the community. Lucky for us, she brought all of that energy straight into Spinning Sirens.
Courtney has tried every apparatus under the sun, but pole has her whole heart. Maybe it’s the heights, maybe it’s the spinning, maybe she just likes living a little dangerously. Either way, she shows up ready to level up—literally. Her favorite class? Level Up Pole Tricks, because it pushes her to grow and makes her feel like an absolute badass.
Right now, she’s working hard on mastering her shoulder mount, and she’s obsessed with anything ballerina-inspired. If Taylor Swift is playing in the background, even better. (We don’t judge. We’ve all got our thing.)
But what we love most about Courtney is the way she encourages others. She wants everyone to bring out their confidence, their crazy, their sexy—whatever makes them feel alive. Her advice for newcomers:
ask for help. This community is filled with support, and you belong more than you think.
Courtney started pole at 20, during some of the toughest years of her life. Pole didn’t just build strength—it helped rebuild her confidence. She credits her best friend, Kiana, for keeping her going in those early days, even when she felt lost or disconnected from her dancing. After joining Spinning Sirens, she found exactly what she’d been missing: strength, beauty, challenge, confidence, and a real home base.
We’re proud to celebrate Courtney this month—not just for her skills, but for the spark she brings to every class. Keep climbing, keep spinning, keep causing fun chaos. We adore it. ✨
