💡 Q&A: Pole Essentials Series
Do I have to attend all 6 weeks?
Nope. We just ask you make at least 4 of the 6 to keep making progress.
What if I miss a class?
No refunds for missed sessions, but with instructor approval you can schedule a suitable replacement drop-in class to stay on track.
Is this beginner-friendly?
Level 1 is made for brand-new Sirens. Move up when you’re ready—we’ll help you pick your level if you’re unsure.
Do I need heels?
No. Barefoot, socks, or heels—whatever lets you focus on the work without fighting your footwear.
Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to build strength, master tricks, and keep leveling up their pole journey.

Have you heard about our content creation nights at Spinning Sirens???? Well...it’s time for our Valentine’s version of creative chaos — and yes, it’s all pink, shiny, and a little ridiculous. Just how we love 💗 it!
Join us Sunday, Feb 1st from 4–7 PM for three hours of adorable, spicy, and over-the-top content creation using your own phone for your socials.
💕 What we’re setting up for you:
• A full-on pillow fight zone (because why not?)
• Sexy PJ vibes — satin, lace, or whatever makes you feel cute
• A bed of pink rose petals to roll around in like a dramatic rom-com lead
• The lyra decked out in flowers
• All pink everything + candy + props galore

Our Solo Series starts Monday, Jan 26th at 6:30 PM and runs for 8 weeks.
This series is open to ANY apparatus — pole, lyra, sling, whatever your dramatic little heart desires. The class is live now in the app! If you already know you’re planning to perform, jump in and start building your routine. If you’re still deciding, no stress — just hang tight for the full info coming in January.

The holiday chaos is creeping in, so here’s your early reminder: we’ll be running modified hours on December 24th, 25th, and 26th. We’re closed on the 25th, but everything splashes back into its normal rhythm on Saturday the 27th, ready for all your spins, flips, and siren magic.

Minnesota is officially entering its “throw sparkly ice daggers from the sky” era again, so here’s your friendly winter reminder. 💙✨
If the roads get sketchy, we will cancel for the safety of our students and staff. You’ll get a push notification/text if anything changes.
✨ If we cancel:
• Members — you're all set.
• Class pass users — your pass is refunded automatically.
• Drop-ins — you’ll receive class credit to reschedule (no refunds).
