Beginner Inverts & Upside Down Basics breaks down invert fundamentals with fun, approachable drills designed to build the strength, alignment🤸🏼
Whether you’re working toward your very first invert or leveling up an existing one to make it stronger and cleaner, this class gives you the tools to get there.
What we’ll cover:
🙃 Ground-based inverts
🙃 Beginner upside-down shapes including crucifix and outside leg hangs
🙃 Fun ways to get upside down without the invert!

Get ready for a night of pure play, spontaneous stage fun, and high-energy studio love! We’re setting up the stage for an ultra-low-pressure social night, stage jam, and special send-off party.
Whether you want to jump under the lights, play with random props, freestyle to surprise tracks, or just grab your phone and create some fun content with your studio besties, this night is all about having fun with no expectations.
What’s Happening:
🎭 Freestyle Stage Jam: Jump on stage for low-pressure play—random music, surprise props, pure improv!
🌀 Pole Twister: Yes, our giant Twister floor is coming out... with the pole right in the center.
📸 Content & Chill: Bring your camera, grab some fun clips, and hang out with the community.
✈️ PoleCon Send-Off Preview: Watch Party moment! Catch an exclusive pre-departure performance from Ann (Valentia) on flying pole and Bri (Gemini) on pole flexibility before they fly out to Phoenix for PoleCon West!

🌴 Act I: Lost at Sea (5:00 PM – 6:15 PM): Gilligan’s Island meets cursed pirate island—paradise has never looked so deadly.
🌊 Act II: Tides of Torment (6:30 PM – 8:00 PM): Dark Sea Sirens awaken beneath the waves to lure you into the deep.

✨🧜♀️SEPTEMBER SIREN OF THE MONTH — CARMEN! 🧜♀️✨
Carmen started pole in March 2025 after her cousin told her Spinning Sirens was opening nearby—and she loved it enough to sign up for a membership before even taking her first class! 💖
Pole is her favorite apparatus, especially Nicki’s heels classes for the dance and sensual movement, plus intermediate & advanced tricks for the challenge. Her current goal? Going back to those fun intermediate shapes and transitions she feels she rushed past on her way to advanced skills!
Her advice to new students: Stick with it! Everyone’s body learns differently, and what comes easily to one person may take more time for you. As long as you’re having fun, you’re doing it right. 🩷
