🎉 Basic Silks (Split Panel) with Laura Learn the foundations of aerial silks using two separate fabric panels. This beginner-friendly class focuses on building strength, grip, and body awareness while introducing climbs, foot locks, poses, and simple transitions. Perfect for anyone new to aerial, you’ll gain confidence moving in the fabric and develop the skills needed to progress into more advanced techniques.
🥁 POUND® - Drumming Fitness with Leah Rockout. Workout! This class combines cardio, pilates, and choreography with constant simulated drumming – all to loud, kick-ass music. An energizing, infectious, sweat-dripping workout, each strike of the Ripstix releases the happy brain chemicals of mixing sound and movement in synchronized groups. POUND allows you to truly become the music! All Fitness Levels Welcome, No Experience Necessary. Recommended To Bring: Yoga Mat, Earplugs.
💪🏽 Siren Sculpt Series with Ann We are excited to introduce Siren Sculpt, a new fitness series designed specifically for pole and aerial athletes who want to build strength, mobility, and control that goes beyond tricks. Each class targets a different area of training: Core (30 minutes of fiery, layered core work to strengthen abs, obliques, glutes, and stabilizers), Legs & Booty (30 minutes of barre-inspired lower-body conditioning for powerful climbs, lifted glutes, and open hips), and Active Flexibility (a 45-minute pole-supported session focused on functional mobility, deeper splits, backbends, and hip openers through strength-based movement).

Sleepy Sirens Yoga invites you to soften every edge, release tension, and reconnect with your breath through gentle stretching, long holds, and soothing transitions. With dim lighting, calming music, and nurturing guidance, this class is your invitation to slow down and sink in. Whether you're recovering from a busy week or preparing for the one ahead, you'll leave feeling grounded, restored, and ready for restful sleep.
👠 F*ck Around And Find Out Freestyle with Kacie So you’ve taken a few pole classes but aren’t sure how to make your dance feel like yours? No problem. Maybe you’ve been dancing a while and want to shake things up. We got you. Come f*ck around in this guided freestyle class. We will explore movement to different styles, music, and more! Find out what you like, receive encouragement to explore, and learn how to make your movements your own! Feel free to bring knee pads, socks, heels, etc. but not mandatory! Perfect for all levels.
✨ FlowCraft with Bree Tap into your creativity and discover your own movement style. In this freestyle class, you’ll have the opportunity to explore guided prompts, musicality, and improvisation techniques to help you connect with the music, the pole, and yourself. Prompt suggestions will be offered to inspire you, but there’s no pressure to follow them — this is your time to play and explore.
Heels, socks, or barefoot are all encouraged. Feel free to bring headphones if you’d like to dance to your own music — whatever helps you find your flow.

Get grounded, get sensual, and make it unforgettable. This class blends pole basework and floorwork into seamless, sultry movement designed to build confidence, presence, and expression. We’ll explore basework tricks that are both sexy and dynamic, along with floorwork that is both sultry and contemporary, so you can refine artistry and fluidity while expanding your toolbox of movement.
Heels, socks, or barefoot — all styles are welcome. Layers encouraged: bring kneepads, leggings, or shoulder protection to keep your body comfortable as you melt and slide onto the floor.
💃🏽 PoleCraft: Tricks, Transitions, Dynamics, & Drops (Int/Adv) with Bree Master bold tricks. Refine seamless transitions. Build powerful dynamics. Conquer gravity-defying drops. This class is for experienced students with a solid pole foundation (inverts required) who are ready to push their limits. Expect to explore advanced skills, polish fluid movement, and connect technique with artistry for next-level performance.
