• Siren Core Express (30 min) - A  fast, fiery 30-minute class designed to build the kind of deep, functional core strength pole and aerial athletes actually need. Think beyond crunches—this class targets the full core unit, including abs, obliques, lower back, glutes, and pelvic stabilizers to support powerful inverts, controlled deadlifts, shoulder mounts, and more.  
• Pole-lates Barre HIIT Express (45 min) - The same class you love on Saturday mornings but shorter, now available early mornings Mon, Tue, & Fri at 6:30 am for our Early Morning Sirens as well as over the lunch hour on Mon & Thurs
• Poleyoga Stretch (45 min) - Use the pole to deepen stretches, improve mobility, and build body awareness—even if you’re not a pole dancer.
