We’re very interested in the work and research that Adobe and its partners, including Readability Matters, are doing on readability and its impact on literacy and engagement. Check out our latest two-part blog post series on the issue: the first post defines readability and discusses why it matters. The second post elaborates on recent research done to understand readability preferences, as well as opportunities for adult education practitioners and learners to get involved in upcoming readability research.

NTEN Digital Equity Course

Register now for NTEN’s new ten-week online course starting April 7th to earn a Digital Equity Professional Certificate. The course is for nonprofit professionals who recognize the relevance of digital inclusion to the communities they serve and covers best practices in digital inclusion program development and management.

HRDIVE: Millions of US workers have
'limited or no digital skills'
National Skills Coalition, a Digital US partner, hosted a hill briefing on Digital Skills and the American Workforce for over 70 educators, job training providers, congressional staff members and state agency leaders on Feb. 5 in the Russell Senate Office Building in Washington, DC. Priyanka Sharma, co-director of Digital US, talked about the digital equity imperative and the need for all of us to work together, across systems, to address the digital skills divide.
