The field testing was in partnership with the

Employment Technology Fund, a social impact fund that invested in the following technologies field tested due to their impact increasing career opportunity for adults in need of employment or further training: Care Academy, Cell-Ed, Nepris, Northstar Digital Literacy Assessment, PAIRIN, Signal Vine, and SkillSmart.

Writing on 21C Learning Ecosystem Opportunities: A Field Review

This post of the 21C LENS introduces the research team’s field review of prior writing touching on employer sponsored learning and working learners. A field review, sometimes called a literature review, is an important initial step in any research project because it ensures that the research questions framed in the study can fill a gap in what is known on the subject in question.  In the post, the team introduces the process they have employed to identify and categorize key characteristics of the articles and reports they’ve read.
