Support for Citizenship. We hosted our first citizenship clinic of the year this past April 12th, in collaboration with American Gateways, Texas AFL-CIO and Congressman Greg Casar's Office. SB4 Resources. SB4 (mandatory minimum) from special session 3 went into effect on February 6. SB4 (unlawful entry) remains blocked by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
